Clarifying a medical diagnosis (even menopause) can feel like a Herculean task: having to consult different specialists, the passage of time (often years), and even the barriers inherent in the electronic health record. All these can hamper quality and timely medical care. Oh, and don’t even get me started on Dr. Google!
