Just in time for the holidays, a charcuterie board is always a delicious treat for a gathering of any size. It’s fun to try different items each time you create it—the variations are infinite.
This one is a repeat but here are the ingredients again:
Quartered figs, capers, Cornichon jarred pickles, Honeycrisp apple slices, sliced D’Anjou pear, blueberries, thinly-sliced English cucumber, seedless green grapes, sliced red radishes, dried apricots, halved raw walnuts & pecans, smoked salmon, salami slices, thinly-sliced prosciutto, Brie cheese, specialty blue cheese, Emmentaler cheese, Castelvetrano olives (watch out for the pits!), dried currants, dried dark cherries, grainy mustard and fig jam.
Pairs well with everything from ice water and green tea to wine or Prosecco.
Salut!
