We often shift our focus many times throughout each day, sometimes without awareness.
Bringing our attention right back to the here-and-now is essential to navigating our lives. We can be so focused on the next day, the next deal, the next sale—to the detriment of our inner peace.
This stairway is at the back of the Apple store in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. It is such a lovely contrast to the main floor’s hectic activity.
