MenopauseMenu is not just a blog site. It is chock full of resources and information that cover a wide array of symptoms and situations that pertain to midlife and beyond.
Here is a quick tour of how to find information.
Under the Information tab at the top you’ll find links to 16 different pages.
These pages cover the top 16 issues that many people experience during the menopausal journey:
- Hot flashes
- Night sweats
- Sleep disruption
- Changing/ending periods
- Vaginal dryness
- Libido concerns
- Urinary tract changes
- Weight gain
- Body image
- Musculoskeletal changes
- Fatigue
- Skin & hair changes
- Mental health
- Stress & life changes
- Chronic disease considerations
- Cancer
Each page is further divided into sections including blog posts, videos (many are full-length lectures), and resources (books, articles, apps and more). The final section is called “Wild Card” which has whimsical ideas or products or links pertaining to the page subject.
Interested in searching the blog category without having to click into all the Information pages?
Just click on “more from the blog” on the home page (hyperlink located under the current blog post) and you’ll find yourself in the blog archives with tons of great content.
The same goes for searching for videos and recipes––just click on the “more videos” and “more recipes” hyperlinks.
As an aside, for those who are keen on finding even more videos, just take a look (and subscribe!) to my YouTube page which is just getting off the ground. And, for more recipes and food-related ideas, you will enjoy the MenopauseMenu Pinterest page.
