What’s your “why” for exercise? Peter Shmock of Life Athlete shares his philosophy on the importance of both rest and work, why consistency over time is what counts for reaching your potential for strength and vitality, and why how you feel should dictate what you do for exercise. Peter is a two-time Olympian and All-American NCAA track and field athlete. He has worked as a trainer for the Seattle Mariners, the Seattle Reign, the Pacific Northwest Ballet, and many NBA, NFL, and MLB players and Olympic athletes. Mostly he works with average folks who desire to become more vital and physically competent.
