Does daily walking improve your health? The resounding answer is yes! But, then again, I’m pretty sure many of you knew this already.
It’s so easy to get caught up in the gym or health club scene. That’s great for those who thrive there, but not all do. Many feel guilty when work day time crunches interfere, or a sick kid at home derails the day, or the myriad other reasons that cause postponement.
What if it really was just as simple as going for a walk?
I recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by Laura Boulay of One Million Women Walking. She is hoping to spread the word about walking as therapy for mental and physical healing. It is quite clear to me that the benefits of daily walking also apply to menopause symptom management.
