Corinna Muller, DO, FACOOG, MBA
Osteopathic OB/GYN, physician coach, flutist, author, The Ottava MethodAs a man, a book about menopause—something I cannot physically experience—is precisely the kind of book I should be reading. I particularly enjoyed the amuse-bouche: Candid quotes that bring to light the often hidden struggles women face during menopause. This is the magic of books and stories: The ability to gain insight about someone else’s lived experience, often one that is completely unknowable to you without the author’s vulnerable generosity. Dr. Baumgaertel has made a superb contribution, and I hope plenty of men read this book!
